Mr. Greene is Chief Executive Officer of Haven Trust Bank Florida.  In addition to his management responsibilities,  Mr. Greene also serves as a Director on the Bank's Board. He is a native of Orlando, Florida, and a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned both his BA and MBA degrees.  Mr. Greene has over 20 years of banking experience in a variety of positions.  He has a broad range of banking experience including commercial lending, private and professional banking and wealth management.  Mr. Greene has served on numerous not-for-profit boards.  He is currently the Treasurer of San Jose Episcopal Church and a Trustee of the San Jose Episcopal Day School.

Mr. Harrington is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Haven Trust Bank Florida.  He is a native of New York City and holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and BS in Business Management from Long Island University.  Mr. Harrington is responsible for the bank's financial, accounting, operations and compliance activities.  He has an extensive background in financial services.  Over his career, Mr. Harrington has held senior financial and administration positions with domestic and international banks.  He has a broad background which includes accounting, administration, business planning, asset/liability management and systems development.
